FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Traction motors and reduction gearboxes are integrated into geared-motor units arranged on bogie frame. Reduction gearbox has structural housing. Gear shaft and gear wheel shaft are arranged in reduction gearbox housing that doubles as motor end shell. Gearing mechanism made up of hollow shaft making an external member of wheel pair and two coupling axle is arranged between reduction gear and wheel. Wheel pairs have single-driver axle boxes. Suspension springs are arranged on axle box supports located above axle box tie rod pin. Axle box lengthwise axis crosses wheel pair lengthwise axis. Hydraulic damper are arranged between axle box housing and bogie frame. Hydraulic damper lengthwise axis crosses wheel pair axis and that of body support made up of flexible compressed telescopic rods thrusting against ball joints. Said ball joints are arranged at minimum possible distance there between along bogie frame lengthwise axis. Two anti-wobble hydraulic dampers are arranged on one side from bogie crosswise axis. Each wheel is equipped with disk brake with automatic regulator of clearance between brake lining and brake disk and cleaning unit. Bogie wheels are equipped with automatic parking brake. Bogie is equipped with wheel flange lubricator provided with for nozzles to feed grease to flange of every wheel. Welded bogie frame has side members bent in vertical plane jointed by central and two end beams.
EFFECT: higher speed, power and traction, longer life.
