FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship propulsors. Ship hydromechanical propulsor is composed of one or two propelling turbine units. Turbine units are mounted at ship stern and consist of propelling turbines, and two, front and rear, guides Guides are fitted at propelling shafts and are secured, jointly with cowls, in cylindrical housings. Said housings are arranged under extra bearing deck and have bells arranged on fore-hull sides. Aforesaid bells cover convergent hull stern configuration to hold, together with cylindrical housings the water volume commensurable with ship weight. Propelling shafts has the second point of rest upon propulsor rear part braces. Rudders are arranged at said braces. Note here that provided two turbine units at ship stern hollow float chamber is arranged between the turbines and under the, float chamber.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
