FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of rubber articles which are used in conditions of high mechanical loads and friction, aggressive media and difficult climatic conditions. Polymer composition based on butadiene-nitrile rubber includes butadiene-methylstyrene rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate, with content of vinyl acetate of 18 %–33 %, dioctyl phthalate, dibutyl sebacate, dibutyl phthalate, triphenyl phosphate, technical carbon, 2,5-Di(tert-butylperoxy)-2,5-dimethylhexane, tert-butyl kumylperoxide, 1,3(4)-Bis[1-(tert-butylperoxy)-1-methylethyl]benzene, dicumyl peroxide, n-Butyl-4,4-di(tert-butylperoxy)valerate, 1,1-Di(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane, triallyl isocyanurate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate.
EFFECT: increased absolute value of brittleness limit of composition, high frost resistance, resistance to action of lubricating fluids and deformation-strength parameters.
