FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of removal is realised using a heater (5), placed between sleepers (1) and under a point (2) and a frame rail, and a sensor having a pipe 8 fixed in sleepers, in which there is a spring with a magnet fixed at the end, interacting with a hermetically sealed switch 12, which supplies a signal to connect the heater busbar. Upon completion of snowfall the elements of the point switch will get free from snow and dry, and air will again be supplied into the pipe 8. Contracts of the hermetically sealed switch 12 will again open, and the device with return into the initial position.

EFFECT: simplification of the device and reduced power consumption.
