FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a closed core on which the primary and secondary windings are located, a self oscillator, an amplifier, an indicator, a buffer stage, a binary counter, a timer, a D-flip-flop. The core is made detachable, and on its one part the primary and secondary windings are located, each of which is made in the form of two series-connected coils, and on its other part the tested electric coil is placed.
EFFECT: simplification of work and improving the reliability of test.
