The unit for determining, in frequency form, a correction signal caused by wind velocity and direction error includes a sea force switch, a unit for inputting flow velocity and direction, wind velocity and direction, two converters for converting rotational speed to pulse frequency, two rectangular pulse former, a pulse former with reference frequency of 100 Hz from sinusoidal voltage with frequency of 400 Hz, two frequency subtractor circuits with output stages.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measuring velocity.
