FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measurement of disturbance parametres by means of the devices representing radio-technical non-contact meters. Disturbance parametre measurement device consists of antenna, transmitter-receiver, Doppler frequency metre, velocity measurement unit, computing device for wave height and phase wave velocity, computing device for time intervals, circuit for determining fluctuation constituent part of velocity, device for determining wave direction, computing device for wave impact angle, inertial module, correction unit, functional device and indicator, which are connected to each other in a certain way.
EFFECT: increasing fidelity of disturbance parametres of water surface from the moving object.
