SUBSTANCE: invention employs indicators obtained from a plurality of corresponding cells and indicating difference, if existing, in subframe assignment in a corresponding cell compared to neighbouring cells, wherein measurements relating to providing mobility are taken according to said indicators and based on configuration of the cell in which the measurements are taken.
EFFECT: providing subframe assignment information of a single-frequency multi-address broadcast network or single-address subframes in neighbouring cells, high accuracy of measurements associated with mobility for neighbouring cells by maximising the number of reference signal resource elements suitable for neighbouring cell measurements relating to mobility and carried out by user equipment.
