SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. For determining the tolerance of bees to freezing the body fragments of bees are frozen and the freezing temperature of these fragments is determined. The amputated head parts of bees are used as the body fragments of bees. Before freezing the age dynamics of mass of amputated head parts of bees is normalised.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement of reliability of the method.
