SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. At the time of surgery electroneuromyography is carried out and localisation of place of conductivity impairment is detected. Ultrasound negative material is laid under peripheral nerve in zone of impairment of its conductivity. Ultrasound examination (US) of nerve is carried out with longitudinal and transverse scanning of it together with surrounding tissues and separately from them. If compression of peripheral nerve by surrounding tissues is observed due to recovery of nerve conductivity after its isolation from surrounding tissues and absence of changes of its internal ultrastructure isolation of nerve and application of electrodes on it with further performance of its electrostimulation are carried out. If compression of peripheral nerve by surrounding tissues is absent and changes of its internal ultrastructure are detected, excision of nerve section with changed ultrastructure is carried out.

EFFECT: method increases reliability of selection of adequate treatment tactics.
