FIELD: sport.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to skiing, namely, to ski poles. The ski pole comprises a rod and a handle where the spring is located. The pole rod in the range of the spring location is made in the form of a hollow tube inside which there is a spring resting on the lobes bent inwards the tube, made of the tube wall, inside the adjusting screw of spring tension and the handle operating stroke is placed, also inside the cantilever bar centring the spring is located. The screw head is equipped with a centring step with the ability to slide inside the tube, it has a clearance through the threaded joint, is rigidly connected to the handle freely sliding along the rod. At the lower part the handle is equipped a swivel nut in which the lobes bent outwards are located made of the walls of the rod and which are limits of the handle motion upwards.

EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption of the skier, which increases his average speed along the distance, and in biathlon, it reduces the load on the shoulder trapezius muscle, which enables to improve the accuracy of target shooting.
