FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention "Ski stick" refers to the sport of higher achievements, specifically – to ski races and biathlon. Object of the present invention is to determine the specific pressure of the spikes mn, acting on the elastic element, at which its buoyancy force on the harmonic component w0 acceleration of the hand will be maximum. Problem is solved by choosing the natural frequency of the spikes ww in accordance with the equality: w0=ww, where w0 – the harmonic component of the acceleration of the hands of the athlete; ww – the natural vibration frequency of the studs, along which the length of the studs and the amount of compression of the elastic element equal to them are determined: λ=g/ww2, where λ – the length of the studs and the equal compression of the elastic element; g=9.8 m/s2 – the acceleration of the free fall of the body, the length of which is found allows, by varying the diameter of the studs and using the rebound method, to find their specific pressure mn, in which the specific buoyancy of the elastic element Fn on the harmonic component w0 acceleration of the hand, calculated by the formula: Fn=mn⋅an, where Fn – the nth specific buoyancy force of the elastic element on the harmonic component w0 acceleration of the hand at specific pressure mn each of the N settable spikes; mn – the nth specific pressure of the stud on the elastic element on the harmonic component w0 acceleration of the hand; an – nth acceleration of the stud with specific pressure mn on the harmonic component w0 acceleration of the hand, will be maximum, on which, knowing the force M of the hand on the elastic element on the harmonic component of the acceleration of the hand w0, calculate the necessary number of studs N with a flat base to observe the obtained parameter mn N=M/mn, where N is the number of studs with a flat base, through which the pressure of the hands is transferred to the rod of the ski pole; M is the force of the hand pressure on the harmonic component w0.
EFFECT: claimed invention allows, in comparison with existing devices, to increase the repulsive force by the ski poles by increasing the pressure on the elastic element, which is carried out through spikes with flat bases.
