SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and method for processing, storing and transporting of natural gas from sources to consumers. Proposed system comprises production barge, marine carrier ship and barge lighter. Production barge comprises processing equipment modules to produce liquefied gas fluid comprising the mix of natural gas and hydrocarbon liquid solvent. Marine carrier ship comprises container system to store compressed gas at storage pressures and temperatures related to natural gas store densities higher than those of compressed natural gas store for the same store densities and temperatures. Barge lighter comprises separation, fractionation and discharge modules to separate compressed gas fluid product in the components of natural gas and solvent and to discharge natural gas into stores or pipelines. Proposed method comprises production of natural gas at production barge, delivery of compressed gas fluid for storage and transfer, loading compressed liquid gas from production barge to marine carrier ship, transportation of compressed gas fluid, discharge of said compressed gas fluid from marine carrier ship container system to barge lighter, discharge of natural gas in stores or pipelines, separation of compressed gas fluid into natural gas and solvent and discharge of natural gas from barge lighter.
