SUBSTANCE: device for transporting fluid from a supply tank to a receiving tank, wherein the transport device comprises at least one pipeline for loading the receiving tank with liquid and at least one gas return pipeline, the gas return pipeline being capable of transporting the gas contained in the receiving tank under pressure close to the pressure of the supply tank or significantly different from it.
EFFECT: creation of a device for controlling the return of gas in order to prevent too sharp of an increase in pressure in the receiving tank while stabilizing the pressure in the supply tank.
