SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the takeaway closure device (20) for a container (22) having an opening (26) in its interior part, where the fluid substance can be contained. The takeaway closure device (20) comprises a housing (30) extending from the container (22) on the opening (26), and a lid (32) pivotably attached to the housing (30). The housing (30) of the closure device has a takeaway spout (60) having a takeaway channel (62), at that the lid (32) comprises a hollow cap (90), a receiving takeaway channel (62) of the spout (60) when the lid (32) is in the closed position. On the cap the rim (91) can be provided extending laterally inwards into the hollow interior part of the cap (90). Additionally or alternatively the rim (33) of the lid can be provided on the inner surface of the lid (32) located within the hollow interior part of the cap (90).

EFFECT: closure device according to the invention enables to collect droplets of the product or substance, stored in the container, on the interior part of the cap, preventing them from falling into the environment.
