SUBSTANCE: present system (20) of the issued closure means comprises a base (30) which can be made with the ability to attach to a container (22), and a lid (32) hingedly connected to the base (30) of the closure to move between a closed and open positions. In the closed position the lid (32) acts to close and seal the opening (50) for issue, formed by the base (30) of the closure. Movement of the lid (32) between the closed and open positions is facilitated by presence of the movable element (36) mounted on the base (30) of the closure for sliding reciprocating substantially lateral movement relative to the base (30). The movable element (36) comprises a clipping section (78) which interacts with the lid (32) to hold directly the lid (32) in its closed position, prior to movement of the movable element (36) by the user to release the lid (32). The movable element (36) comprises one or more curved surfaces (82) which interact with the lid (32) to push it out of its closed position to its open position.
EFFECT: system provides spring-loaded movement of the lid to the open position, not requiring the user to lift the lid.
