SUBSTANCE: invention relates to caps and spouts suitable for closing container. The cap for mounting on the spout having an elongated body has an elongated body with a longitudinal axis, an outer surface and an inner surface. The housing of the cap has a closed end and an open end, with at least one sidewall. The open end is the shell of the cap. The cap is designed to receive and overlapping the spout body. The cap has three elongated, angularly spaced blade parts, each of which has the profile of the blade forming a part of the outer surface of the cap. Each blade extends from the neck of the cap to its closed end and is bordered by an adjacent blade so that the outer surface of one blade part together with the outer surface of the adjacent blade part forms one continuous concave surface between each blade part and the adjacent blade part. The cap has a partially spiral or inclined profile that provides a visual indication of the direction of removal of the cap from the spout. The spout has consistent cavities combined with the concave surfaces of the cap. The unit of the cap and the spout is used as a closure for a container, comprising solidifying product, such as glue. The fixing ring can be provided on the tube for fixing the spout on the tube.
