SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of building materials and can be applied in smoothing surfaces in finishing works. Finishing spackling mixture contains, wt %: Portland cement 30.85-32; slaked lime 1-2; copolymer of vinylacetate and vinylversatate 0.7-1.2; cellulose ether 0.15-0.20; starch ether 0.10-0.15; calcium stearate 0.2-0.3 and as filler nepheline sludge, dried and milled until volume of remaining on sieve 008 part is 10%, 65.85-67.

EFFECT: increase of strengthening properties in all terms of solidification and improvement of ecology.
