FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials used for waterproofing tunnels, foundations, various underground structures, for example, during the construction of a subway, as well as obtaining waterproofing coatings for walls, ceilings and floors. The composition for seamless rigid waterproofing comprises Portland cement, quartz sand, microsilica, cellulose ether, polycarboxylate-based hyperplasticizer, and redispersible vinyl acetate-based polymer powder. Additionally, the composition comprises calcium formate, polyvinyl defoamer, water repellent on oleic acid in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Portland cement 38-42; quartz sand 50-55; microsilica 2.5-5.5; cellulose ether 0.05-0.10; redispersible polymer powder on a vinyl acetate basis 1.0-5.0; polyvinol defoamer 0.01-0.20; calcium formate 0.1-1.5; polycarboxylate-based hyperplasticizer 0.1-0.5; water repellent on oleic acid 0.05-0.5. The complex of additives used in the composition makes it possible to obtain high adhesion of the material to the mineral substrate (1.8 MPa), high water resistance W16, sulfate resistance, high heat resistance and frost resistance.
EFFECT: expanded range of devices for installing seamless rigid waterproofing.
