SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and compositions of mixtures for making brick. The mixture for making bricks contains clay, pegmatite, wollastonite, zinc oxide and flue ash, with the following ratio of components, wt %: clay - 81.8-83.7; pegmatite - 3.0-4.0; wollastonite - 3.0-4.0; zinc oxide - 0.2-0.3; flue ash - 9.0-11.0.
EFFECT: high frost resistance of articles.
