FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: composition of antifriction solid lubricating coating contains molybdenum disulphide, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, silver nitrite, copper oxide; in addition, it contains copper complex of tetraethyl thiuram disulphide, suspension of F-4D fluorine, and components have been taken in the following ratio, wt %: molybdenum disulphide 50-56; copper complex of tetraethyl thiuram disulphide 4-8; silver nitrite 2-4; nitric acid 3-7; phosphoric acid 10-12; copper oxide 1-3; suspension of F-4D fluorine 13-15; water is the rest.
EFFECT: coating has low friction coefficient, static coefficient of friction and high wear resistance.
