FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: claimed copper-based composite contains lead, iron, molybdenum disulphide, graphite and aluminium at the following ratio components, wt %: lead - 7.90-8.10, aluminium - 0.45-0.55, iron - 0.40-0.50, molybdenum disulphide - 0.18-0.22, carbon - 0.38-0.42, copper making the rest. The composite structure is composed of the matrix of copper-based powder alloy containing lead wherein said iron, molybdenum disulphide, carbon and aluminium represent the pellets sized to less than 50 mcm.
EFFECT: claimed bearing material to be used at high load and heating temperatures that features high mechanical and tribotechnical properties.
