FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wind-driven power plant (1) for power generation by means of ambient air, comprising a through channel (3), via which ambient air passes in the form of a generated air flow, at the same time the channel (3) has an outer jacket (6) to limit it, and also comprises the first part (7) with a substantially permanent cross section, into which ambient air may be introduced, and in which there is a device (39) for air acceleration, the second narrowing part (9), made in the form of a Venturi nozzle (10), the third part (11), which follows the second part (9) and in which there is a rotor (60), which is driven with air flow passing through it, and rotation of which serves to generate power, the fourth expanding part (13), made in the form of an expanding pipe (12), and the fifth part (15), which comprises the second device (85) to accelerate air, designed to exhaust air introduced into the through channel (3).
EFFECT: higher output power, serviceability even in case of no wind.
