FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: single-circuit burner is designed to burn gas in heat-generating devices, for instance, in gas turbine engine combustion chambers, where low circumferential unevenness of temperature field is required, as well as its adjustment without burner dismantling from the installation and its partial disassembly. The single-circuit burner comprises a swirler (1), in hollow blades of which there are holes (2) for gas supply into blade-to-blade cavities of the swirler, a nozzle (3), a hollow body (4), comprising thread (15) on the outer cylindrical surface for connection with a slotted nut (8) and a hole (5) gas supply to a replaceable throttling orifice (6), arranged inside the body, and further to hollow blades of the swirler (1). To fix the burner to the gas distribution device (7), the burner comprises the slotted nut (8) with sealing rings (9). In order to adjust gas flow via the burner, without removal of the burner from the gas distribution device (7) and replacement of the replaceable throttling orifice (6) for another one, the slotted nut (8) is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with additional thread (10) in the front part and a cylindrical protruding belt (11) to place a plug (12) with a sealing ring (13) in the slotted nut (8).
EFFECT: invention reduces material costs and time for adjustment of parameters of combustion chamber temperature field characteristic.
