FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: innovative model of an environmental building, differing by the fact that its outer walls, roofs and foundations form a barrier structure, which is formed, excluding doors, windows and pipes, a central core with high heat capacity, an inner gasket or a membrane with high heat conductivity, which is in tight contact with the central core, and the outer heat-insulating and mechanically resistant surface, besides, both the core and the membrane, and also the structure, partitions and other elements with heat capacity of the shell building, are made as a heat accumulator, being based on using the materials with good heat capacity and heat insulation of the outer surface of the barrier structure, at the same time air is withdrawn from the inner part of premises for its renewal in appropriate manner, besides, simultaneously the air amount exceeding the extracted amount is introduced into premises with provision of low excessive pressure relative to the outer pressure, and which is sufficient to prevent natural inlet of outer air.
EFFECT: conversion of environmental buildings or houses into an accumulator of energy in the form of heat.
