FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: remote control system of the residential building engineering systems contains a server connected to the building's automatic energy control unit with a unit for collecting and controlling the expended resources and with a controlling and monitoring unit for the electric power consumption of the building. The automatic controlling unit is designed to control the parameters of engineering systems based on the set room temperature and on the thermal model of the building depending on the outside temperature. The collecting and controlling unit is connected to the processing and data transferring units from the sensors and meters of the engineering systems of the building living quarters to the server. The unit of controlling and monitoring power consumption of buildings is connected with power regulators installed on each floor of the building, and with the ability to restrict power consumed by users upon reaching an installed peak power.
EFFECT: increasing the resource savings in the operation of a residential building.
