SUBSTANCE: destruction is realised by shooting of a box with black rifle powder at the distance of at least 200 m from a gun or a machine gun with bullets on the site designed for installation of the box on it filled with black powder with weight of not more than 50 kg, being laid onto the side with a neck to the right or to the left from direction of shooting.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of recycling process.
