SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the treatment of equino-varus deformity of the feet in children with arthrogryposis of a younger age. Corrective corticotomy of the anterior calcaneus is performed with excision of the wedge 0.4 cm outward, transplantation of the tendon of the anterior tibial muscle on the dorsal surface of the navicular bone, fixation of the talonavicular joint and calcaneocuboid joint with knitting needles.
EFFECT: method ensures the achievement of the correct relationship between the bones of the tarsus in children with rigid forms of equino-varus deformity due to the peculiarities of the method.
