SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a simulator that comprises an annular weighting housing and a handle connected to the weighting housing; the handle is mounted in a radial position inside the annular weighting housing, the end parts of the handle are removably and fixedly connected to the weighting housing. On the inner surface of the annular weighting housing the protective covers are mounted; the connecting parts that pass through the area of the protective covers, between the annular protective housing and the handle are made smooth.

EFFECT: due to the use of protective covers and the appropriate structural design of two end parts of the handle, the surfaces of the simulator according to the present invention can be made smooth, which enables to avoid effectively the occurrence of injuries in those who use it.
