SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sport and games, in particular to training devices and accessories for exercise in swimming in water-filled pools. The mechanical connection which limits the area of movement of the dynamic object is made in the form of a rigid spoke and is attached with one end to an inserted fixed support. The fixed support is located in the center of the pool with water. At that the spoke is attached at one end with the ability to rotate around the support and the other - to the swimmer, and has a length not exceeding the distance from the support to the edges of the pool.
EFFECT: exclusion of swimming on the pool walls and the impact on them during training.
