FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning the gas of liquid impurities exploiting centrifugal forces originating in liquid-gas flow and can be used in oil, gas, petrochemical and other industries. Proposed method comprises swirling liquid-gas flow, forming a film flow of fluid on lyophilic material surface, separating the flow into gas and liquid phases to be discharged from separator. Note here that liquid film flow is created in peripheral area of centrifugal field created by gas flow in its motion. The number of peripheral areas correspond to that of immiscible liquid phase components. Every said area features lyophilic material surface behavior with respect to every component.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation.
