FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly, to grinding of couched dried grain with sprouts and rootlets. Proposed grinder comprises loading tray, blower, cyclone, filtration bag, combined grinding chamber and rotary discharger. Note here that said grinder incorporates two grinding stages. Hammers and blades are hinged at grinding drum pins while spacers are arranged there between. Blades and hammers fitted at one pin are arranged between each other while those at adjacent pins are shifted relative to each other. Blades are fitted on the shaft so that shorter blades are arranged on shaft ends while longer blades are located at its center. Cutting tool is shaped to a ball. Note here that blade edges in horizontal section are arranged in circle. Note also that circle diameter is 2 mm smaller than that of the tube accommodating said cutting tool. Said blades are rigidly fixed at the shaft. Note that cutting edge follows a logarithmic curve.

EFFECT: uniform grinding ensured by two-stage process.
