FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for grinding sprouted dried grains and can be used in production of vitamin fodder for animals and birds. Proposed crusher comprises loading hopper 1, grinding chamber 3 for preliminary grinding of material, fan for feed of pre-crushed material via pressure line 17 into cyclone 18. In the upper part of cyclone 18 there is return pipeline 21 connected through the filtering hose to the grinding chamber. In lower part of cyclone sluice gate 22 is installed, in lower part of which there are two pipes of rectangular cross-section with two cutting devices in lower part of pipes. Cutting device is made in the form of rectangular section of active knives of the same length installed on the shaft. Between the cutting devices there is a rotary shaft with inconsistent ellipse-shaped knives. Rotary shaft is installed with possibility of rotation with cutting blades into position, in which large axis of ellipse is installed in horizontal position and shearing blades are installed in position of maximum overlapping of active blades, with the possibility of rotation with the inconsistent blades into the position, in which the major axis of the ellipse is installed in the vertical position and the cutting blades are installed in the position of the minimum overlapping of active knives, and with possibility of installation in any intermediate position from minimum overlapping shear knives with active knives to maximum overlapping shear knives with active knives. Shafts with active knives by means of belt and gear transmissions rotate in mutually opposite directions.

EFFECT: crushing plant provides possibility of stepless cutting length adjustment.
