SUBSTANCE: feed material grinder has crushing chamber with crushing drum equipped with pivotally hung hammers, feeding conveyor and drum-type cutting knife unit. Operating faces of hammers are formed as outer three-stepped rectangular projections extending in radial growing line and one inner rectangular projection. Hammers are configured so as to facilitate grinding of feed material.
