FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing alkyl hydroperoxide compounds, particularly cyclohexyl hydroperoxide. More specifically, the invention relates to production of cyclohexyl hydroperoxide by oxidising cyclohexane with oxygen in a multistage reactor or in a cascade of reactors. According to the invention, the surface of the reactor in contact with the oxidative medium is protected by a layer of perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) polymer. The protective layer preferably has thickness of 500 mcm to 1 mm.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the method.
