FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to a method of obtaining alkylhydroperoxide, obtained by oxidation with oxygen of cyclic saturated hydrocarbon, selected from the group, containing of cyclohexane, cyclooctane, cyclodecane, decalin. The claimed invention preferably relates to obtaining cyclohexylhydroperoxide, obtained by oxidation of cyclohexane by molecular oxygen or gas, containing molecular oxygen, preferable in the absence of a catalyst. The claimed method contains the following successive stages: oxidation of hydrocarbon by oxygen; separation from a reaction medium of, at least, a part of unoxidised hydrocarbon and its return to the oxidation stage, washing with water of the reaction oxidation medium, selected after separation of, at least, a part of unoxidised saturated hydrocarbon to extract oxidised water-soluble side products and remove an organic phase, containing alkylhydroperoxide, unoxidised hydrocarbon and the oxidised water-insoluble products. In accordance with the invention a stage of washing is carried out in an extraction column liquid/liquid in a counterflow mode with the supply of washing water into the column head, and a reaction alkylhydroperoxide-containing medium is supplied to washing into the middle of the column. Unsaturated hydrocarbon to be oxidised is supplied into the washing column at the level lower than the level of supply of the medium to washing. Hydrocarbon, supplied to the washing operation, is not hydrocarbon from the contour of the oxidation process recirculation. Washed in the said way hydrocarbon is introduced into the oxidation stage.

EFFECT: reduced loss of valuable oxidised hydrocarbons and anticipated power of water washing.
