SUBSTANCE: method envisages implementation of preliminary progressive defecation, heat main defecation, hot main defecation, first saturation, filtration, defecation before second saturation, second saturation and filtration. The juice is treated with pulse magnetic field with induction equal to 0.23-0.25 T during 2-4 sec after the heat main defecation.
EFFECT: juice purification efficiency enhancement.
