FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine comprises cylinder, piston with drive mechanism engaged via gearing with flywheel, ignition and exhaust gas discharge system. Pin with its free end coupled via slide bearing with power drive is fitted in the piston. Power drive is composed of a gear fitted outside of the cylinder to displace over slide bearing and to swing over flywheel arc.
EFFECT: simplified design, longer life.
