These are composed of the mix of 70…80 wt % of NC with nitrogen oxide content of 212.5…213.5 ml NO/g and 20…30 wt % of NC with nitrogen oxide content of 205.0…210.5 ml NO/g, 0.5…1.0 wt % diphenylamine with bulk density of 0.600…0.750 kg/dm³ retarded from the surface with respect to powder mass 2.8…3.5 wt % of centralite I and 0.5…1.0 wt % of DNT, leaded 0.1…0.3 wt % of graphite with moisture content of 0.2…0.9 wt % and ethyl acetate of 0.3…1.2 wt %, at the following ratio of components; 0.2…0.4 mm - at least, 90, under 0.2 mm and over 0.4 mm - not over 10.

EFFECT: increased bullet velocity.
