FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: model comprises volume elements in the form of rotary bodies, imitating particles (atoms or ions) of the simulated crystal structure, observing the relative position of these elements, corresponding to the relative position of the particles of the simulated structure. The said elements are located on several transparent flat plates of constant thickness placed parallel to each other. Each element is a body rotating around an axis normal to the plate surface, and has a part located on one side of the median plane of the plate, and the part symmetric to it which is located on the other side of this plane. At that, at least on one of the plates the elements are placed which imitate the particles located in the same crystallographic plane of the crystal lattice of the simulated structure, and the number of plates and the elements placed on them is such that the amount of the latter imitates at least one lattice cell of the simulated structure.
EFFECT: improvement of manufacturability and imaging precision of mutual arrangement of the particles of the simulated structure.
