FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: model comprises volume elements in the form of rotary bodies, imitating particles (atoms or ions) of the simulated crystal structure, observing the relative position of these elements, corresponding to the relative position of the particles of the simulated structure. The said elements are located on several transparent flat plates placed parallel to each other. Each of them has two parts in the form of spherical segments isolated from spheres of different radii, located on opposite sides of a transparent flat plate and in contact with it by its flat surface. At that both spherical segments have a common center located in the middle plane of the said plate. At that at least on one of the plates the elements are located which imitate the particles located in the same crystallographic plane of the crystal lattice of the simulated structure, and the number of plates and the elements placed on them is such that the amount of the latter imitates at least one lattice cell of the simulated structure.
EFFECT: improvement of manufacturability and imaging precision of mutual arrangement of the particles of the simulated structure.
