FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: plant to wind windings of transformers and reactors comprises a winding machine, a template and a crossbeam. On the crossbeam that covers the template with the winding and is installed on the platform, which may move reversibly along the horizontal axis of the winding machine, there are at least three devices of radial and axial pressing of winding turns, equidistant from each other, and equipped with an electromechanical cylinder, making it possible to install this device for required standard size of the manufactured winding. Independent pneumatic cylinders with rollers provide for radial or axial pressing of winding turns. Rollers of axial pressing of turns are made in the form of gang rings, the number of which correspond to the number of winding layers, and width - to geometric height of a wound wire in each layer of the winding.
EFFECT: increased dynamic resistance of a winding, resistance of time for finishing and increased labour efficiency due to production of geometric dimensions of a winding close to design calculations, at the stage of its manufacturing.
