SUBSTANCE: device includes N light-emitting and N light-sensitive elements, said elements being placed between planes perpendicular to an axis of rotation; the light-emitting elements are mounted inside a shaft on its transparent part, and the light-sensitive elements are mounted inside a bushing, wherein the space inside the bushing and the shaft is divided by corresponding partition walls into light-proof sections, wherein the partition walls dividing the shaft into sections are placed in the same plane as partition walls dividing the bushing into sections.
EFFECT: enabling transmission of information over multiple channels.
