FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery industry. The direct-flow grain combine harvester comprises a reaper, a feed elevator, a threshing and separating unit and a blower. The threshing and separating unit is made in the form of the outer, middle and inner screw drums mounted coaxially with a gap. The outer drum is made along the perimetre of three or more strips of variable width which are twisted in the vertical plane and interconnected in series. The middle drum is mounted of sections made of an even number of equilateral perforated triangles interconnected by two lateral sides. The sections are interconnected by the third free sides of the triangles to form the screw drum. Along the perimetre of the screw drum the polygonal right and left helical lines with internal helical grooves are located directed towards each other. The inner drum is made of at least one perforated strip twisted in the cylindrical coil. The perforated strip is bent along the fold lines located at an angle to its longitudinal edges to form the protrusions and recesses of triangular shape. The cylindrical coils are connected to each other along the longitudinal edges.
EFFECT: constructive implementation of the inner drum provides a reliable axial movement of the stalk mass.
