FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: grain combine harvester 1 comprises a header 7, a feed elevator 8, a blower 11 and a threshing and separation unit 10 provided with a receiving screw device 20. The threshing and separation unit 10 is designed as three drums coaxially mounted with a gap: outer 16, middle 17 and inner 18. The outer drum 16 is made to form a multiple-thread helical surface around the perimeter of three or more coiled in a vertical plane and so successively interconnected variable-width bands, that around the perimeter of the drum the broken helical lines of the surface are formed directed towards each other, with the same variable pitch along the length of drum. The middle drum 17 is mounted of sections to form of a multiple-thread helical surface. The sections are made of twelve equilateral perforated triangles interconnected by two lateral sides. The sections are interconnected by the free third sides of triangles to form a helical drum, along the perimeter of which the broken left and right helical lines are located directed towards each other, provided with inner helical grooves directed towards each other with the same constant pitch along the length of the average drum. The inner drum 18 along the perimeter is made cone-shaped to form along the perimeter and inside the inner drum of three broken helical lines and grooves of the main direction and two broken helical lines and grooves of the opposite direction inside with the pitch variable in length of the inner drum. The inner drum 18 is made of sections mounted consecutively. Each section is mounted of two pairs of perforated triangles connected by the lateral sides. And the first pair is made of two identical pairs of perforated isosceles triangles, and the second pair is made of a perforated isosceles triangle equal to the perforated isosceles triangle of the first pair and the perforated isosceles triangle which sides are equal to the lateral side of the perforated isosceles triangle. Each subsequent section is rotated relative to the previous by 120°. And the end hole of the inner drum 18 at the side of the loading is open, and also the holes of all three drums at the side of unloading are open.
EFFECT: increased productivity of the combine, expansion of technological capabilities, simplification of operation.
