FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery industry. The direct-flow grain combine harvester comprises a reaper, a feed elevator, a threshing and separating unit and a blower. The threshing and separating unit is made in the form of the outer, middle and inner screw drums mounted coaxially with a gap. The outer drum is made along the perimetre of three or more strips of variable width which are twisted in the vertical plane and interconnected in series. The middle drum is mounted of sections made of an even number of equilateral perforated triangles interconnected by two lateral sides. The sections are interconnected by the third free sides of the triangles to form the screw drum. Along the perimetre of the screw drum the polygonal right and left helical lines are located directed towards each other with internal helical grooves. The inner drum is made in the form of a multi-start screw perforated surface with helical grooves inside the inner screw drum in the form of curved-shape pockets. The centers of curvature of the curved-shape pockets of screw perforated surface are located inside the cross-section of the inner drum.
EFFECT: due to increasing the cross sectional area of the inner perforated drum the intensity of mixing of the stalk mass is increased, and productivity of threshing and separating unit is increased.
