FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry and may be used during pasta manufacture. The pasta product manufacture method involves flour, water and a milled and dried natural origin additive mixing, the ready pasta products moulding, drying and stabilisation. The natural origin additive is represented by vegetal raw materials or extraction cake of the following vegetal raw materials: Siberian ashberry powder, willow weed leaves powder, red bilberry leaf extraction cake powder with milling degree no more than 150 mcm in an amount of 0.50-3.0% of the flour weight. Drying is performed using infrared radiation at a temperature of 50-55°C and active ventilation.

EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with a solid texture, glossy surface without microfissures, a clearly fixed shape and enhanced biological value and to reduce the product drying period and dry substances transition into cooking water during cooking.
