FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used during manufacture of pasta products with increased biological value. One proposes pasta products with sea-buckthorn extraction cake containing wheat flour, water and additional poly-functional additive i.e. powder produced from defatted sea-buckthorn extraction cake in an amount of 3-10% of the flour weight.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture paste products with increased biological value.
