SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device 164 for level control in tank 122, 132, 144 to be filled with fluid. Said device 164 comprises at least one fluid transfer pipe 182 and includes at least one check opening 188 communicated with said tank 122, 132, 144. Sid check opening 188 prevents fluid flow from transfer pipe 182 into said tank when at least one minimum fluid level 190 in said tank is exceeded. Besides, said check opening 188 allows fluid to flow from pipe 182 into aforesaid tank when at least one minimum fluid level is not reached.
