SUBSTANCE: dishwashing device(10) for washing a batch of articles (20) contains a washing chamber (240 designed so that to enables placement of the articles (20) and accommodating spraying elements (34a-b) for spraying the washing liquid and the rinsing liquid, a washing reservoir (28) designed so that to be able to contain the washing liquid that is supplied into the washing chamber(24) at the stage of washing via the spraying elements (34a-b), a recirculation reservoir (52) for the spraying liquid that is designed so that to be able to contain spent rinsing liquid that is supplied into the washing chamber (24) at the rinsing stage via the spraying elements (34a-b), elements (62) for supply of liquid for final rinsing that is supplied into the washing chamber (24) at the final rinsing stage via the spraying elements (34a-b), a sump (42, 46) designed so that to enable collection of liquid supplied into the washing chamber (24) via the spraying elements (34a-b) and a pump (48) designed so that to force spent rinsing liquid from the sump (42, 46) into the said recirculation reservoir (52).
